A Word From Logan
“Most people don’t have to think too much about sleep until they have trouble getting it. In figuring out how to get my own eight hours, I compiled a ton of information about insomnia treatments, sleep disorders, and products to aid in sleep. We curate Sleep Foundation to share this knowledge with others and hopefully help them in their own quest for sleep!”
What’s your biggest sleeping pain point?
My biggest challenge when it comes to sleep is actually falling asleep. When I’m able to get to sleep, I sleep until my alarm goes off in the morning.
What’s your favorite sleep product right now?
My favorite sleep product is the Purple Harmony Pillow. It’s the perfect loft for when I’m sleeping on my side and isn’t too tall for when I occasionally sleep on my back. It has this great core that’s made out of Purple’s grid but is surrounded by latex, which provides great cushion.
What is your nightly sleep regimen?
I love taking a bath to relax and trigger my mind and body that it’s time to wind down. I’ll read with a cup of tea and cuddle my dogs before heading to bed.
What’s your top sleep tip?
Sleep is complicated and can’t be boiled down to as single tip, but the first thing I tell people who are struggling to sleep is to not sleep next to your phone. Plug it in to charge in a room other than your bedroom, or at least not within reach of your bed.
